Writers' Charms

Meteorite

USSR Postage Stamp (1957) commemorating the February 12, 1947 impact of the Sikhote-Alin Meteorite.

Sikhote-Alin Meteorite Fragment mounted for wear on a neck chain.

I purchased this fragment of the Sikhote-Alin meteorite from the NASA Gift shop at the Cape. Research has shown it to be from the
Asteroid Belt, formed with the solar system 4.5 billion years ago. Writing charm! Imaginations of life beyond earth become more real when
 you hold something from there.
